The soups usually last between 4 and 6 months in the freezer.
We have teamed up with UberEats to bring you the best damn soup in town. We deliver through UberEats from Monday to Friday between 11.30 and 13.00.

We do our best to respond to you immediately, in the worst case we will respond within 48 hours of your request.
Most of our soups are gluten free because we do not use any additives or taste enhancers. All our soups are made in our kitchen every morning and cooked only with the freshest ingredients. We do have some soups that contain ingredients with flour or soy sauce. Please ask a member of staff which soup of the day is gluten free.
The absolute best thing to do is to take the frozen soup out the day before you would like to consume it and put it in the fridge. Otherwise, you can put the frozen soup in the container in a pot of boiling water and wait for it to thaw around the edges. Once it does, you can easily take out the soup into a small pan and heat it up there. You can also use a microwave. The soup containers are microwavable!
Yes, our minimum order is 50 CHF.
Yes, we take orders from 10 people.
Yes, you can call, email or whatsapp us to preorder a soup for pick up. Just don’t forget to indicate size, time and date, your name and the pick up location!
Yes, absolutely. You can click on pick up when you order your frozen soups through our website, in which case there is no minimum order amount and of course no delivery fee.
Only after asking you to know if you need it. We have both: disposable and ceramic.
We cook our soups fresh daily and we try our very best to predict how much soup we will sell that day. But we are only human and sometimes we predict wrong. Unfortunately sometimes in winter there may be some days where we run out of soup because we cook it fresh and don’t just take it out of the freezer!
Delivery costs are 9 CHF, unless you order for more than 80 CHF, then delivery is free.

Yes, absolutely, all our soups are made by hand everyday in our very own kitchen in Hallwylstrasse 24.
This is no problem! We deliver the soups in special freezer bags so that the soups can stay frozen for up to 10 hours. You have to pay a deposit of 15 CHF for these special bags, once we have the bags again, we release your deposit back to you!
Yes! We also sell gourmet sandwiches, buddha bowls, juices and cakes!
Unfortunately we do not take any reservations. You are very likely to get a table to sit if you come before 12 or after 13!
We deliver in the city of Zürich, plus Gold Coast and Silver Coast!
We can deliver the soup already portioned or in a big soup pot for self-service
We are open from 11 to 14:30 in Hallwylstrasse, from 11 to 14:00 in Kalkbreitestrasse and from 11 to 15.00 in Pelikanstrasse.
Yes, absolutely, delivery in the evening is always an option!
No, we are closed on the weekends and evenings!
We have a minimum order of 500 CHF on the weekends and we have an extra service charge of 100 CHF for all orders delivered on Saturday and Sunday.
Yes, the easiest is if you go by any of our locations and buy a gift certificate on the spot. We can, however, also send you the gift cards via post. Just send us an email to hello@simplysoup.ch!
Service staff is not included, if you require staff at your event, please let us know and we can include the price in the offer.
You can take your soup away in a Weck Glass by paying a deposit of 5 CHF. You can bring back your Glass with the white top back anytime to any one of our locations and receive your 5 CHF deposit back! Super easy!

We will take care of pick up and cleaning all the pots, plates etc. We will arrange for everything to be picked up after arranging the best time for pick up with you.
